How to Request Data Deletion
You have two options to request deletion of your data from Viral Cow.

Option 1: Via Meta Platform (Recommended)

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites
  2. Find “Viral Cow” in your connected apps list
  3. Click “Remove”
  4. Confirm the removal

This will automatically generate a confirmation code that you can use above to track your request.

Option 2: Contact Us Directly

Email us at privacy@viralcow.com with your data deletion request. We'll respond within 48 hours with a confirmation code.

Data Deletion Process
Understanding what happens to your data during the deletion process.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your account information (name, email, username)
  • All content you uploaded (videos, documents, brand materials)
  • Your generated scripts and analysis results
  • Your usage history and preferences
  • Any Meta-provided data (App-Scoped User ID, profile information)

Timeline

  • Immediate: Your account becomes inactive
  • Within 30 days: All personal data is permanently deleted
  • Completion: You'll receive final confirmation
